She comes with a fenced-in deck, a garage, an in-unit washer/dryer, an unfurnished basement for woodworking or creative projects, outdoor space for a fire pit, and future expansion for a hot tub and sauna.

- 2 Small Private bedrooms and 1 king-size bedroom available.
- Shared kitchen, 2 shared baths, and common areas
- Rent: $1100 per month for small room(s), and $1500 for King size room + shared utilities
- Can be provided furnished or unfurnished.
- First month + security deposit required
