A very spacious 1,850 square feet, with two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, TV room, office/ meditation room, open plan chef's kitchen and a living / dining room with 25-foot tall windows that look out onto a spectacular view of the Catskills. This is perfect for a couple to spread out, and plenty of space for a small family. Amenities include walk-in shower, deep soaking tub, two gas fireplaces, smart tvs, washer/ dryer, high speed internet, & air conditioning.

Location
Ideal Catskills location. Mt. Tremper includes two year-round farmers markets, as well as great restaurants such as The Pines, Oliver’s, Foxfire Mountain House and the Phonecia Dinner. It’s also located less than fifteen minutes from Woodstock, five from Phoenicia, and twenty-five minutes from either Hunter Mountain or Kingston. On a good day (and time), it’s little more than a tw0 hour drive from Manhattan.

Rental Arrangement
We are thinking $4500 per month, which includes all utilities and grounds maintenance.

We must comply with all local STR laws, but are flexible on availability and can accommodate various time frames.

We are also open to discussing sharing the home with the right person, and / or can offer a discounted rent for someone who is willing to provide care to a very friendly and agreeable cat.
