A calm, light-filled room in a restored villa set among olive trees in the hills below Kynopiastes, ten minutes from Corfu Town.

The space is simple and airy, with high ceilings, soft natural textures, and a sense of openness. The house itself is generous — a large living and dining room with vaulted ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces and pool that look out across the landscape.

The rhythm here is slow and spacious: mornings with light through the windows, time to work or read, and afternoons spent exploring beaches, old villages, and the countryside. It tends to suit digital nomads or those looking for a quieter, more intentional way of living for a period of time.

The house is shared with a small number of guests, along with three dogs and an outdoor cat. It’s a lived-in, creative environment, best suited to someone independent, respectful, and comfortable around animals.

I’m located just below the village, a short walk up the hill to a bar, a couple of tavernas, and a mini market. Corfu Town is about 20–25 minutes away, and many of the island’s most beautiful beaches are within a 10–20 minute drive. A car is recommended for ease and flexibility.
