Looking to rent out our three-story furnished house for the summer months, while we are working and living in Upstate NY. Looking for someone interested in the entire three-month period, but open to discussing shorter stays.

The house is ideal for a family with three bedrooms, an office/reading room, two bathrooms, and a laundry room on the upper floors, and a kitchen, dining, and living room on the parlor floor. There is no central a/c system, but single window units in each bedroom.

It is a historic townhouse on a quiet tree-lined street in the heart of Prospect Heights and within walking distance from Prospect Park, BAM, Barclays Center, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden. The 2, 3, Q, and B trains are 5 minutes away. Birds in the morning, fireflies at night, nice restaurants within 2-3 blocks, Foodtown grocery store a minute away, music venues, and good neighbours.

It is our home, so we are looking for people who will be respectful and take good care of our place.

Pets are welcome upon prior agreement.

Unfortunately, the house is not accessible to people with mobility issues.
