Looking for a responsible subletter for my big, beautiful flat in Jackson Heights!

The apartment is the entire second floor of a small house with a big kitchen, living room, bedroom/office, and bathroom with tub. Lots of light, wood floors, 2 A/C's and close to the 7 train.

The space is clean and minimal with a big standing desk, hi-fi speakers in every room, and a hammock in the bedroom.

Hoping to find someone who will take good care of my place and who will be respectful to the neighbors.

All utilities included.
