$4500 per month, additional days will be prorated. ($150 per day)

Rent price includes amentities access, wifi, gas, and hot water.
It does NOT include electricity, you will be responsible for cost during your stay.

I am a photographer (she/her) and will be heading home for the holidays with family, looking for someone respectful who in search of a relaxing and cozy stay!

I love the building, it’s brand new and it is a calm place to reside when you need a break from the city chaos. I’ve lived here for a year and just signed another 2-year lease.

Looking for someone who is clean and friendly to stay for the fulltime. (dates are flexible) I put a lot of care and energy into my space and the things I’ve collected over the years from my travels and art curations, so someone who appreciates good design and keeping an orderly home is much appreciated.

Also, someone who can water my plants please!
