The apartment is on the 4th (Top) floor of a 2018 walk up building. We get the best light all day long and the sunset at night. Laundy is in building. Central AC and heating. We are renting out the primary bedroom in our 3b 1 bath. Our current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend.
We like a clean and quiet space to come home too. We try not to host unless it's for something special. Although we both don't mind a good yapping session. No pets unfortunately allergic.

We're looking for someone who works in office. We're are 4 minutes from the Franklin ave train station (2,3,4,5) making it easy to get to Fidi, Midtown, Downtown Brooklyn. And everything in between.
