Seeking a new roommate to share a one-year lease with me in September.

Room: around 130 sqft with two windows facing the street. It is the room pictured first. It also has a spacious closet.

Location: Kensington, Brooklyn (right next to Church Ave Station, F & G lines)

Apartment Type: 2 bedroom 1 bath in 3rd floor. Spacious kitchen and living room (as shown in the pics)

Rent: $1410 per month

Utilities: Electricity and gas are approximately $100 per month (total for both tenants). Water and heating are included in the rent.

Apartment: It’s an older apartment—not super fancy, but no issues so far! Pretty warm in winter, and management is very responsive when anything needs fixing.

Cat: I have a cat, who is very nice, friendly, and clean.

Management will require a credit score check, proof of income, and one month rent deposit.
