It has a dishwasher and eat-in kitchen, plus extra dining or work space. Lots of huge closets (3) and storage. Air conditioners in each space and radiator heat. This is a two flight walk-up and it has updated bath and modern airy feel. Large windows and tons of light in the large living area. Neighborhood is walkable with many stores and restaurants near by. 35-45 minutes to midtown. Very close to the I-87 Freeway and the West side highway. Parking in neighborhood is tight at night but generally not bad and only one day a week street cleaning.
