A sublease agreement is required and there is flexibility in the dates, dependent on your needs. I will be traveling for work, but will be available for questions and you will be connected with building management for any potential maintenance needs.
A security deposit will also be required upon signing the sublease and will be returned with the apartment in good condition. All utilities will be covered by me.
