I´m renting my beautiful Private Studio Apartment. It is surrounded by nature and overlooking the pacific ocean in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico. It is on the second floor of the elegant, and artistic guest house, VILLA POESíA.

Furnished with all that you need for a comfortable stay, this is a studio in two parts:
1) The terrace: An open living room surrounded by trees overlooking the ocean; a separate toilet room; and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric built in stove, (there’s no oven) Filtered water 😉
2) The air conditioned bedroom, through French doors, where you will find a double bed (sheets and towels provided), a desk, ample closets, a great shower...

The beautiful lighting, ceiling fans throughout, personal details and love poured all over add to the special and sweet vibes of this place making it perfect for rest, work and inspiration.

- Fiber Optic and Celular Internet both work very well.
- Cleaning once a week is included (with change of bed sheets and towels)
- Utilities included

You are also welcome to hang out at the open roof right above the apartment, with incredible views and under the stars. The roof is shared with other guests.

About the location: VILA POESÍA is just a short walk down to the beaches of Carrizalillo, Manzanillo and Puerto Angelito and from the Rinconada main strip with restaurants, cafés, shops and markets.

* Minimal stay: 2 months
* Please be aware that during rainy season (which is the period this is available ;-) the terrace can get wet when it rains with wind. It doesn’t affect the bedroom area or the kitchen.
* Our cats roam free throughout the property. They might visit you ;-)
