I'm renting out my super sunny and spacious one bed / two bath apartment while I am in Paris for the month of March. Originally a 3 bed / 2 bath, the space has been converted to a more open, loft-ish floor plan. Lovingly remodeled into my city apartment oasis, the bedroom [w/king sized bed] resembles a hotel more than a home, w/a bathtub en suite; AC / heat in the bedroom (March can be very hot in Mexico).

Apartment has drop down projector, a fully stocked kitchen w/dishwasher & garbage disposal, washer and dryer. The apartment also has wrap-around windows for all-day sun which have been converted to sliding doors to allow for a great cross-breeze and fresh air. There is a balcony that is lovely to take coffee on.

The neighborhood is very walkable and bike-friendly (also near the Metrobús); surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

It’s a 1960's building with only 10 units in total. My apartment is on the 4th floor [elevator building]. I’m the only gringa in the building, we've all lived in the building for years and it it very much a community.

Weekly cleaning included.

Ideal for single person or couple.

Could also be open to a swap for Paris!
