The room available for rent is quiet and includes a full closet, a desk alcove, and direct access to a shared outdoor patio. You will also have your own private bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The private bathroom is not ensuite, but very close to the bedroom. Note: All furniture in the bedroom (Peloton, sleeper sofa, storage unit, rug, etc.) will be removed before move-in. Please inquire about the sleeper sofa if you’re interested in purchase.

About This Lister

I’m a friendly and professional woman in my 40s working in digital advertising sales with an affectionate cat who prefers to be the only animal in residence. I seek a respectful, low-key, queer-friendly, cat-friendly, clean roommate who is also non-smoking (no cannabis, tobacco or vaping, please) and comfortable removing their shoes at the door. I have a hybrid work schedule so I’m going into the office about two days a week. I work from 9a-6p from Monday through Friday. On the evenings and weekends, I’m often out having dinner with friends, enjoying Prospect Park, playing golf, volunteering, attending fitness classes, etc. If you're up for it, I'd love to hang out with you (my new roommate) for happy hour, dinner, Prospect Parks walks, yoga, or doing something else fun a few times a month.

Rent does not include electricity and wi-fi. We’ll split the bills in half every month. Over the past year, the electricity bill averaged $290 per month with the highest month at $450 in February and lowest month at $175 in May.

One month security deposit and the first month rent are requested one week prior to move-in date. Signed roommate agreement and paying rent to me.
