Shared spaces include a dining area, kitchen, and bathroom, which you’ll share with me and my friendly King Charles Cavalier, so must love dogs! The building has washer and dryers in the basement for your convenience. The room itself is furnished with a queen size bed frame and mattress.

Located in the charming neighborhood of Sunnyside (42nd Street and Skillman Avenue), the apartment is just a 5-minute walk to the 7 train, making commuting a breeze. It’s also really close to a lovely park, just steps away from the local Saturday Farmer’s Market, and wonderful restaurants/shops (The Lowery, Taiyo Foods, SoleLuna, and Ida's Nearabout are some of my favorites).

I’m looking for a female tenant, ideally in her 20s/30s, who is respectful, very clean, tidy, and easygoing.
