I provide personalized bookkeeping services through QuickBooks Online and I'm here to help you get and stay organized, freeing up your time to focus on what you do best. Many of my clients are creatives, sole proprietors, nonprofits, and small family-owned and operated businesses—individuals and businesses that don’t require a full-charge bookkeeper.

I'm available to:

- Set up new bookkeeping accounts

- Clean up existing accounts

- Provide on-going monthly maintenance, including:
- Accounts payable/receivable,
- Reconciliation
- W9 tracking and 1099 filing
- Vendor communications
- Payroll entries
- Audit support
- Financial report generation
- Grant and charitable giving tracking
- Mortgages and loan tracking

My bookkeeping services are billed monthly, based on revenue, number of accounts, transaction volume, and services needed, typically ranging from $250–$450.

Short-term projects or low-traffic accounts can be billed hourly, and set project fees are available for specific services.

I also offer consultation for clients managing—or wanting to manage—their own bookkeeping. My rate is $100/hr, with flexibility available for small nonprofits or unique circumstances.

I primarily work remotely, with occasional in-person meetings or reviews in and around NYC if needed.

About this Lister

I'm a creative professional who founded and directed a NYC based modern dance company, developed and taught workshops and classes, and performed for 18 years. Like many creatives, I learned to be resourceful and took on complementary work over the years including roles as personal assistant, dance company and studio manager, organizational consultant, administrative assistant, project manager, reflexologist and waitress. I also have a broad range of experience advocating for the arts and underserved populations.

The overarching connection is that I'm a highly organized person who clears and crafts space well, creating systems that make life more fluid.

My clients are fantastic people, and I love supporting and working with them. Bookkeeping has been a great resource for me personally. It has given me the flexibility to live in Alaska and support my family through a challenging time, while also allowing me to continue pursuing my creative and advocacy interests—so we generally have a lot more to talk about than just numbers. I’m currently located back in the tri-state area.

Background and Expertise

I have over 25 years of experience working in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. I've served as an Account Manager for over 25 clients and also provided bookkeeping support for another 15+ clients.

My 20+ years of working as a dance company director, personal assistant, company manager and operational lead for various organizations have included fiscal accountability and bookkeeping as part of my responsibilities.
