I'm looking to sublet my sun-filled 1 bedroom apartment in Hollywood Heights while I'm away traveling for 2-3 months available immediately. Ideally one-month minimum stay, dates can be flex. Reliable WiFi, a TV + projector (Netflix, HBO, Prime, Criterion, Hulu) and washer + dryer in unit. All utilities included.

The apartment is brightly lit, quiet, serene, and on ground level (but elevated) and conveniently located:

- Very close to the 101 Highway
- Street parking available (I have never had a problem getting a spot)
- Small side yard with bbq (Note: this is shared with my upstairs neighbor)
- Walking distance to Hollywood / Highland Metro, shops and restaurants, Runyon Canyon, The Walk of Fame, The Hollywood Bowl, The Chinese Theater, Hollywood Farmers Market, Yamashiro, and many secret stairways
- Pet friendly
- A cleaner can be added for an additional fee

**BONUS: there's two private parks down the street, one for dogs and one for humans
