Looking to sublet my lovely home starting mid July (flexible starting date after July 12/13) until end of August. I'm open to weekly stays (ideally 2 or more weeks at a time) or if someone wants to stay the entire time, about 6-7 weeks! I could be open to reasonable negotiations on rent if you'd like to stay the entire time.

Location:
- right on the border of Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens in Brooklyn - 2 really beautiful neighborhoods
- building is located between 2 main streets, Court St and Smith St, so you are within walking distance of anything you could ever need - shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, bodegas, pharmacies, multiple grocery stores, wine/liquor, dry cleaners, etc, truly anything and everything you need is in the neighborhood
- my block itself is quiet, tree lined and brownstones
- 1 block away from the F/G trains, so you're 10/15 mins from the city along the F line and 15 mins from North Brooklyn/Williamsburg on the G line. Both the F/G trains are two stops from the A/C line, if you need to go anywhere else. It's a pretty amazing location overall.

Apartment:
- on the top floor of the brownstone (no noise above you)
and only 2 flights of stairs
- amazing natural lighting throughout the entire apartment
- it's a full 1bedroom, with a kitted-out kitchen, dining room with a big dining table (seats 8), living room with a big cozy deep set couch and 55" tv, a big bedroom with a reading nook, and an office with a big desk and printer (printer rarity I know)
- fully furnished
- huge closet space
- full bath
- heat and hot water are included; not included is electric (normally around $150 +/- $50 in the summer months, depending on usage), gas (normally $27.99/month), and wifi ($94.99/month).
- really nice neighbors, only two other units in the building
- secure delivery area for any packages/mail
- smart tv and Apple TV with access to pretty much any/all apps like hbomax/hulu/netflix etc
- a nice array of lamps for cozy mood lighting at night and blankets and books if you want to peruse
- i have a few plants that add a beautiful vibe to the overall apartment. they are really low maintenance.
- no laundry in building but there are two laundromats half a block away that also do delivery
- farmers market two blocks away, every Sunday
- no big parties please
- some pets allowed, would need more details
- street parking available, have never had an issue finding a spot

It would be really amazing to find someone who will treat my lil haven of a home with love and respect !
