This is a furnished room in a lovely 2bdrm I share with my friend and flatmate.

We're looking for someone to take over the room for July - ideally for the whole month, but open to shorter stays!

The room contains a brand new queen-sized mattress and bedframe, books, plants, and art. All clothes and personal effects will be cleared out.

The room is light-filled and quiet on the second floor of a 2-unit building. Kitchen amenities are new, heating/fantastic AC (!!)/hot water/internet all excellent. <5 minute walk to the M Forest Ave stop, 10-15 min walk to the L. Right next to a dozen very cute cafes, bookstores, record stores, clothing shops, restaurants, and more.

My flatmate is easygoing and friendly, an excellent cook, and works in music and nightlife, so he will likely be out in the evenings and sleep late most mornings.

I'm looking to cover my portion of the rent ($1600/mo proportionally divided for the duration of the stay, all utilities & internet included).
