hi guys i am looking for someone to stay in my room for the summer. i live in a gorgeous building right off of the Dekalb L with two lovely roommates, two girls, 27 and 28, both work in tech. it’s right by variety coffee, ops pizza, and three blocks from the knickerbocker M. the building has an elevator, rooftop, laundry, gym, and AC. the room is big and is all windows on one wall with views of Manhattan and has a little tiny tiny balcony. I have central AC that’s controllable in my room.

you would share a bathroom with one of the other roommates. both girls are so lovely and work either from home or we work or the coffee shop below us. We are all friends and i would ideally like someone that meshes well with them while I’m gone. we all like our space/privacy but also love to sit and watch movies and shoot the shit together. standard procedure keep the common spaces clean etc.

Rent is $1160 plus about $70 for utilities.

ideally i’m looking for someone to stay for a big chunk of time, but im open to any configuration of dates tbh.

ultimately just looking for someone normal and funny and cool for my roommates to approve of while im away. if u are normal and funny and cool plz reach out :)
