The apartment is located in Carroll Gardens, a very popular and family friendly neighborhood with beautiful front gardens and rows of lovely brownstone homes. "Restaurant Row" on nearby Smith Street is a foodie's delight. Citibike docking stations abound. Street parking is possible. Whole Foods is within walking distance, as are banks, delis, many shops, laundry, and a movie theater.

The subway (F/G) entrance is directly across the street.
