We're two women in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a third roommate to join our 3-bed, 3-bath apartment. Our current roommate is heading off to business school, so we're hoping to find someone great to fill her spot.

The apartment is located right on the border of Hollywood and West Hollywood, just a short walk from Plummer Park. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there's tandem parking included at no extra cost. The unit features central A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a spacious kitchen and living area along with a balcony that overlooks a quiet street.

We both work mostly in-office (Mon–Thurs), are generally out and about, and like to keep things clean, calm, and cozy at home. We’d love to find someone who’s similarly considerate, tidy, and appreciates a peaceful, easygoing atmosphere at home.

We’re generally out and about during the week, but when we’re home, we like to keep things relaxed and low-key. We both value having a clean, peaceful space to come home to, but we’re also friendly and happy to catch up over tea, wine, or a casual hang in the living room when were home.
