The apartment has its own thermostat so you control your own heat/AC, and a private entry with a keypad front door.

I'm Carrie (she/her), the owner and downstairs neighbor. I bought this house in early 2026 and have been putting a lot of love into it. My home is my sanctuary, and I am inviting folks here who are caring and want to participate in the Hudson community.
I work remotely in tech, and I'm usually here if I'm not staying with my partner across the river. I'm looking for a tenant who is respectful of shared space, interested in getting involved locally and genuinely happy here.
