Lovely architectural details include high ceilings, crown molding, and hardwood parquet floors. The photos do not do it justice! I just haven't had the opportunity to take better ones.

The large bedroom has north and east exposures, a queen bed, and ample closet and dresser space. The open living / dining area includes a flat screen TV, DVD player, and home office setup. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, microwave, etc. There are window AC units in the bedroom and living room.

Heat, hot water, electricity, and gas for cooking are included. You will also have access to the building’s communal backyard and laundry room equipped with high-capacity / high-efficiency washers and dryers.

It is a very walkable neighborhood with supermarkets, pharmacy, and restaurants nearby. Two blocks to B/Q trains (approximately 30 minutes to Manhattan) and B35 bus at Church Avenue. B103 bus and express buses to Manhattan (BM1, BM2, BM3, BM4) two blocks away on Cortelyou Road. Easy commute via bike or public transport to Brooklyn College. Prospect Park and Kings Theatre are also within easy walking or biking distance.

Tenants must be quiet, clean, and respectful of my books, art, furniture, etc. The building is friendly and family-oriented with set quiet hours. Our live-in superintendent is very responsive to any maintenance issues.
