Fully furnished 4th-floor walk-up (no upstairs neighbors)
Great natural light
Two blocks from the train
Set up for both relaxing and working from home

I’m a writer, so the apartment is thoughtfully set up with:

Sitting desk + standing desk
Whiteboard

Additional features:

Two fire escapes
Fully equipped kitchen
Bidet toilet
Roku TV
Pullout sofa

Location:

~30 minutes to Times Square
Near Prospect Park (north) and Brighton Beach (south)
Close to Citi Bikes, cafes, and great Caribbean food
Easy street parking
Near Sweet Sundays Cafe (look it up for a feel of the neighborhood)

Logistics:

Flexible sublease (4–5 months, with potential to extend)
Preferred move-in: by April 22 (flexible)
Occasional coordination for maintenance
Bonus if you're open to occasional access while traveling (not required)

Optional:

Writing residency vibe possible — mentorship/coaching around creative voice if aligned.
