What You'll Do:
Greet guests with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that makes them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
Turn first-timers into league members: Engage with guests, show them the game, remember their names, give them tips on the courts, ask about their day, and make every visit memorable with personalized service.
Show off your knowledge of the menu, tell them about the food truck of the day, bring them some fun shots, recommend our best drinks, and offer a few surprises to keep things exciting!
Anticipate needs like a pro: Keep an eye on your courts, help people with their scoring, refill drinks and make sure everyone is happy without being asked.
Handle surprises with grace: Got a guest with a special request or a quirky situation? You’ll turn it into an opportunity to shine and make their experience even better.
Be a team player: Work together with your fellow servers, front desk hosts, and bar staff to keep everything running smoothly while keeping the good vibes going.
