Subletting my alcove studio apartment located on the borderline of Gramercy Park and East Village from 12/5 to 1/10. I’m flexible with move-in date:)

Price is $2200/month including utilities (great deal for an alcove studio for the area), and $2300 if you're subletting for the entire period. I just ask that you take care of my plant babies by watering them once a week or every 10 days, depending on the plant. I prefer someone that can sublet it for at least one month.

Conveniently located with lots of great
restaurants, cafes and bars etc around, and 1st ave station off the L is a 3 minute walk away, and Union Square station is a 8 minute walk away. Trader Joe’s and Target are a 5 minute walk away. A park is right down the street also.

There’s a separate space for bed so it doesn’t feel like a Manhattan shoebox studio:) The unit is on 4th floor in an elevator building. No smoking, drugs or partying please.
