I live and work in NYC and will be away for a while. I am looking for someone to sublease my place whilst I am away. My space is comfortable and vibey with lots of plants and mood lighting. Utilities included, and I have a home office with a sit/stand desk and Apple Studio display. The building is right on the waterfront and apartment feature water views as well as overlooking an internal tranquility garden. Neighbourhood is very quiet but close to all the action in Williamsburg. Also included is Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu on an Apple TV.

I'm looking for a respectful individual who would like to live in my comfortable space and look after it while I'm away.
