I (she/her) really love this apartment, the neighborhood, and the other tenants in the building. I take good care of the space and keep it neat. I'll be traveling for the entire winter season and am looking for somebody to care for it (and ideally water the plants) while I'm away.
Apartment is available from January 1 to April 30, 2026
A $2900 deposit is also required for the month but will be returned at move out assuming everything is in good order.
A simple sublet agreement including fees and dates will be required and a reference is requested.
Ideally, looking for somebody who will try to keep the plants alive and is willing to water them weekly.
