Spacious 750 sqft 1 bedroom offers a large and cozy living room, bedroom with queen bed, good sized kitchen and cute pink tiled bathroom. Ample daylight from sunrise to sunset with hillside views. 2nd floor with no one underneath and only 2 shared walls. My spot is in the heart of Highland Park, a very cute and walkable east side neighborhood. 5 min walk to the hub of Figueroa st and 15 min walk over to York blvd. It's a back apartment unit so the street noise is low and the birds are chirping every morning.
Metro line is less than a 5 min walk a block and a half away.
It's a small apartment building with only 12 units. Neighbors are very friendly but also keep to themselves.
My home is very comfortable and livable!

I'm a 33yr old freelance photographer. I'm going over seas to work on a personal project for the month.
I'm a pretty low key gal who's made my apartment my haven and am excited to share this welcoming space with someone that needs a temporary home.
Most days when I'm not on set or shooting I am sitting at my kitchen table editing, making many cups of tea throughout the day or taking hillside neighborhood strolls.
I've found as I have gotten older that I am a pretty clean person. So the bathtub will be freshly scrubbed with bath salts for you to enjoy, stove and oven clean for you to cook for yourself and several clean blankets for you to cozy up on my sectional with and watch a movie.
