This is a spacious bedroom in a 3rd floor walk up 3 bed off of the Knickerbocker Ave M in Bushwick. You’d be living with my sweet roomies, 29F x2 and Blue, a tiny and low maintenance Yorkie mix. Looking for someone chill, clean, sweet and considerate. This room is perfect for a student that needs a place for the fall semester. Ideally looking for someone to stay the entire time listed with flexible move in/move out dates.

We are young artists and service workers who work outside of home and it would be nice for the roommate joining to have a similar lifestyle. Roommate dynamic is clean up after yourself, be mindful and do your part in cleaning and maintaining shared spaces. A very important need is to like dogs, be tolerant of Blue and mindful that this is her place! You’ll never be asked to take care of her. We’re not a big party or get together house but having guests is always okay and super chill. Pullout couch for when friends visit.

The room will be fully furnished with shelving, bookshelves, a dresser, vanity, desk, desk chair, air conditioner, mattress and bed frame. Room has a small closet but plenty of space for clothes with the closet and dresser. WiFi/ amenities included.

Shared living room and kitchen with the roomies but no one really cooks besides me, so good for someone who may want to cook a bunch! One shared bathroom but coordinating bathroom times is super easy, no one really gets ready at the same time every day. Laundry is a few blocks away in either direction, and really close to lots of food and shopping.
