Open room in cozy apartment located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn available immediately!

The apartment itself is fully furnished and decorated, but I am totally open to collaborating on the aesthetic of the space ☺️

There are 2 bathrooms (both with showers and toilets, and one also has a bathtub).

There is laundry inside the unit, as well as the apartment has a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and oven, and dishwasher! You are welcome to use all utensils, pots and pans, etc ♡︎

Bonus: I also have a cute popcorn machine and treats in the house that you are always welcome to!

As for the room itself, it has a large window that provides gorgeous sunlight and a closet!

The apartment building also has a beautiful rooftop that is open for everyone.

The price of the room is $1900 per month (which includes electric & WiFi). This would be paid to me each month, and I will handle payment ♡︎

You would be living with myself, along with one other potential roommate once the room is filled. I am a spooky content creator and also an assistant manager at a tanning salon in the UES. I’m a super easy-going girl and love to keep happy vibes in the space.

I do have a corgi named Dolly, so must be okay with her presence haha! 🐕
