Roommate:
Your new roommate would be a 32yo woman (she/her) who has been my friend since our college days in architecture school over a decade ago. She works full-time in Manhattan/hybrid in architectural visualization. She's lived in this apartment for 5 years and loves the proximity to the park & trains! I can vouch that she is a perfect roommate - clean, conscientious, respectful, quiet but also charming and fun! She makes an elegant cocktail, plays piano (with headphones on), and goes on long bike rides on summer weekends. The apartment is pretty quiet all the time, but especially after 10PM.
I am the current leaseholder along with my roommate who you would be moving in with. I've lived in the apartment for 2+ years and its been great. I'm moving for work so sadly cannot continue to live in this wonderful apartment.
I am a 32 yo man (he/him), I am neat in common spaces, have an occasional small dinner party, quiet at night, chatty and friendly, I work in art/architecture/design so all this has worked well with my roommate.
Looking for someone in their late 20s or 30s with a compatible lifestyle.
Must have good credit and income to be approved by landlord.
No dogs or cats.
Respond to this post with your name and a little bit about you - what you are looking for in an apartment, why you are moving, what you do for work, your living habits, etc. I will reach out to schedule a phone call and then an apartment visit.
