Rent is $1,815/month

The room can be available a couple of weeks before the lease start date (pro-rated rent). Photos show the space before the most recent paint job; the third photo reflects the current wall color. The desk, curtains, and blackout shades can be retained for a small fee, and the paint color can remain as is or be repainted white — your choice.

The location is ideal. You’ll be steps away from Malcolm X Blvd, with restaurants and cafés like Trad Room, Chez Oskar, Dick & Jane’s, and Natural Blend.

You’ll be joining a BIPOC-friendly house of three (myself + one other housemate). We’re seeking a female housemate for a smoke-free and pet-free home. No live-in partners or extra roommates, please. The ideal fit is someone responsible, clean, and respectful who values a peaceful environment, open communication, and shared upkeep of common spaces.
