A beautifully curated apartment in Williamsburg - in the a great mix of delivery food options and near several grocery stores. The bigger bedroom has a walk-in closet of its own. The layout of the apartment is an open space concept, with a large living room and kitchen with windows that provide ample light - so one never feels cramped in the living space. A lot of care went into the art curation and design of the space. All the digital amenities exist, with a smart tv, apple tv and sonos. All utilities and a housecleaner are included in the rent. The neighborhood is very walkable and McCarren park is just over a 10 minute walk, so trees are close by! There is a second bedroom that I leave empty for when I return to the city on a every 6 weeks for a few days often with my corgi. No pets allowed. Start date is December 1st but move out day is flexible by needs to be the end of the month.
