Bedroom: comfy queen size bed, high thread count sheets, blackout curtains on garden-facing window. Bathroom: super hot water and excellent pressure in shower/tub combo. Kitchen: air fryer, pressure cooker, electric kettle & almost-cappuccino coffee station, microwave, dishwasher. Plus: in-unit washer/dryer. Provided w rental: all linens, soaps & shampoo, coffee, oils & spices.

Prime North Slope location, just off 5th Ave with its many retail & restaurant options. Huge brand new supermarket just a few blocks away, between apt & subway. 15 min walk to Prospect Park.

Currently avail for Thanksgiving & Christmas, prefer at least 4-5 days, but ideally not including 12/31. Flexible on dates bc I have options to stay elsewhere up to about a week. For ongoing share: weekdays preferred, cost depends on how often you’re here monthly. Also have a separate 24/7 office available for shared or full sublet nearby, 24/7 access, set up for 1-3 work stations.

I mostly need to be here on weekends, so I can be close to work -- testing the idea of having a "timeshare" roommate so I can afford this tiny oasis I've built.
