Awesome east-side location in Los Feliz. 5-minute walk to Silver Lake, cross streets are Talmadge and Clayton (for reference). Quiet neighborhood. Great for an artist's retreat and/or people working from home. Plenty of space for one person or a couple.

Large furnished 1 bedroom + 1 office room apartment (with balcony) for sublet. We are looking for 1-2 respectful renters to take care of our space and plants for the duration of our 5.5-week trip.

THE APARTMENT:
- 1 large bedroom with queen bed and dresser, wall air-conditioning unit
- 1 office room with desk
- Balcony
- 1 bathroom
- Large open living space with TV, second wall A/C unit
- No dishwasher
- 2 parking spots
- Whole apartment has many plants

THE BUILDING:
- 6 total units, a quiet space
- Coin laundry machines downstairs
- Residential neighborhood, 5 min walk from main streets/Hillhurst
- Right on the edge of Silver Lake
- 5 min drive from Griffith Park/Observatory (great hiking trails)
- 5 min drive to the nearest grocery store (Albertson's on Hillhurst) Trader Joe's is a 5-10 min drive

THE RENTAL:
- All utilities + fast wi-fi included!
- Some differences from photos: computers, recording eq, gaming gear, and piano will be stored. These areas will be clear. The pictured bedding will be replaced. We also have a bigger TV now than the one in the pic.
- NO PETS
- NO PARTIES, our neighbors will definitely complain to me if there's a party. As mentioned, it's a quiet/peaceful place, which makes it a great working environment in an excellent location (plenty of nightlife to be had just a few blocks away!)

I (Alex) will be your primary contact. I'll be available for a portion of every day by iMessage, WhatsApp and email - but please note that I'll be abroad and 9 hours ahead of PT.

My husband Kasper and I are looking for renters who are clean, respectful and responsible. I will have the apartment cleaned before you arrive, and ask that you leave it in a similar condition.

Finally, we're asking our renter(s) to water our plants once per week. :)
