My apartment is the entire second floor of a historic townhouse in North Crown Heights, a very special place with original detailing and plenty of space and natural light. There is a dining room, separate living area, updated kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer in the basement. I am subletting the largest room in the unit which is the size of a studio with bay windows, beautiful molding, and two decorative columns. The room will be furnished with a full size bed, table, credenza, and AC. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house so it's very private. Wifi & utilities are included in the rent.

Located on a peaceful tree-lined street by Brower Park and the Brooklyn Children's Museum; it's a 7 minute walk from the 3 & 2/5 trains off of Nostrand and 15 minute walk from the A/C. The place is fully furnished but I'm in the process of moving some things around so more photos can be provided if there is a fit. We can also arrange a video call or visit in person if you're in town.

You will be sharing the apartment with me. I am looking for someone respectful and responsible and will prioritize other women and POC. Please include a little about yourself and social media if possible.

Dates are flexible! Open to anything from a 1-3 month stay, but ideally starting June 1.
