ISO quiet respectful roommate in my 2-bedroom Manhattan apartment right by CUMC and the Hudson River. 5 minutes to the 1 train at 157 on the West side of Broadway, where it's quiet - by NYC standards at least. I'm almost always out of town, so it's a steal for the right person.

Vibe is low-key, cultured, clean, and pretty. My little Frenchton dog never barks and is very friendly - she's usually upstate with me. I like to keep common areas clean. The building itself is full of "character" - think high ceilings and old finishes. Nothing fancy, but super chill and friendly.

Small bedroom available unfurnished or furnished with queen bed and dresser. There's a large living/dining area with art, seating, books, and plenty of spaces to work. On the edge of Audubon Terrace, and you'll hear birds out the window (really!).

Great natural light, dope art, nice neighbors, fast internet, and a roommate (me!) who's hardly ever there - recently I've been staying upstate 4-5 nights each week. Enthusiastically welcoming of POC & LGBTQIA+.

$1650 includes heat, electric, internet. Looking for someone sane, sensible, and clean. Thank you!
