Hi! We’re an Australian couple who have called NYC home for the past 14 years, and we have a five-year-old son.

The apartment is a spacious, fully furnished one-bedroom with high 10-foot ceilings. The kitchen includes updated appliances and a dishwasher, and the bedroom has a king bed. There is also a very comfortable couch, a double futon, and a single futon, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.

Our home is very much set up for family life, with plenty of toys, books, and a warm, lived-in feel throughout.

The apartment is tucked away in a quiet and secluded part of Manhattan near the East River, surrounded by parks and open space, with a playground directly across the road. It’s also just a short walk to everyday essentials like CVS, Trader Joe’s, Target, and Essex Market. There are plenty of public transport options including buses and the F train.

As this is our family home, we’re hoping to find guests who will treat the space with the same care and respect that we do.
