Hi,
I am looking for a room in a house with 2 or 3 people. I am either looking to join an existing list OR apply for a new lease for an apartment together.

I'm looking to live in BedStuy, Clinton Hill, Crown Heights. Ideally close to an A/C train. My max budget is between $1500-2000 a month. If we are applying to apartments together, I'd love to look for apartments with 2 bathrooms (but not a deal breaker). I'd also be open to living in a 3 bed with 2 people and using the other room as an office space... again just some perks that I'd like but not a must have.
I do want to look for a place that has either in unit laundry or at least laundry in the building.

And if you're moving to Brooklyn in December or January and this matches some of what you are seeking in a roommate, please reach out if you want to search for apartments together (I'd even be open to covering December if you can't move till January)

Little about me: I am a public defender. I work in person most of the time so I'd be gone most of the day.I am hoping to find a roommate that is queer friendly, and most importantly just kind and respectful. Ideally, I'd like to have a goof relationship with my roommate(s) and am always down for a group dinner or a glass of wine after work but also I know how to be respectful in shared spaces and keep to myself when the moment calls for it.
I'm not super nit picky about things but I do try and keep common areas as clean as possible as it makes my life feel a bit less chaotic and would appreciate a roommate that similarly values this.
I do have one cat named Pacha. She is a very sweet, friendly, Siberian cat (she is hypo allergenic if that is a concern). I'd be tentatively open to living with other animals on a case by case basis.
