Sublease 1 bedroom apt in Inwood, starting August 1st, 2025 and ending in august 2026. I'm flexible with the start of the lease.

Located on a quiet street right off the highway and across the street from Fort Tryon park (the Met Cloisters). A very walkable and vibrant neighborhood that has everything you may need to feel at home.
The apt will be fully furnished, will include a dishwasher and there is laundry in the basement of the building. This is an Elevator building.
Very quiet and nice neighbors and responsive super that lives in the building as well.

All utilities are included in the rent, the apt has hardwood floors and a remodeled kitchen.

I'm looking for a responsible, reliable, clean person that is respectable of my space and can take care of the plants.

hi, i'm Annie, she/ her. I currently work in tech but I will be doing my masters abroad for 1.5 years. I like to keep my apt clean and love artwork and plants. This is my apt and the sublease will go through me but the building is aware.
