I am looking for a quiet and responsible tenant or couple to sublet my fully-furnished 1 BR apt in East Williamsburg for 11 months (with option to renew yearly after that). Fully furnished and spacious 1 bedroom apartment with everything you need, completely turn-key.

*Pets considered on case-by-case basis, but will require a non-refundable pet deposit*

$2750/month (INCLUDES ALL UTILS! although abnormally excessive use will be required to pay any additional costs) - fully furnished with everything you need including fully stocked kitchen, etc. I am looking for someone extremely responsible, enjoys a quiet peaceful home, and will take great care of my apartment. Please do not apply if you are someone who enjoys hosting parties and playing loud music at night. This is a small building with QUIET and very respectful amazing neighbors.

Ideal start date/move-in would be week of Nov 11th, but I can be flexible for a Dec 1st move in if necessary. Sub-lease to end mid-Oct 2025 (end date is somewhat flexible) and will have option to renew on a yearly basis after that.

--What would be your desired move-in day (anytime from Nov 11th-Dec 1st only)
--Do you have (or plan to have) a pet?

--including prior landlord recommendation letters/references with your email is HUGELY helpful.
--please confirm you are not a smoker. I am highly sensitive to cigarette smoke and can not *under any circumstances* have smoking inside the apt.
-Since I am currently out of state, I only have a video tour I can send you (its very thorough and does a walkthrough of everything) - would this be ok to start? If you would like to move forward, I can connect you with my current subletter who can arrange for you to visit in person if/when it is convenient for their schedule.
-I am also very happy to provide my previous subletter references.

LOCATION/TRAINS:
--4 blocks from either the Flushing or Lorimer JM subway stops
--7 blocks from the Montrose L stop
--1/2 mile (10 min walk) to the Broadway G train.
--Bravo supermarket is around the corner, and a huge Food Bazaar grocery store is 2 blocks away
--walking distance to Bushwick nightlife/bars/restaurants as well as East Williamsburg hotspots. Easy train ride to prime Williamsburg as well as the city.
--full disclosure, this building is surrounded by quite a few NYCHA (public housing) buildings. There is a fair share of people who regularly hang out on the sidewalk and in front of the corner bodega which is close to my building entrance. In the 6+ years I have lived here as a single female, I have never had a problem but I just want to give you the full heads up in case that at all bothers you, then this is not the sublet for you.

--3rd floor of a 4 story walkup (2 flights to get to my apt)

--quiet building with friendly and respectful neighbors
--coin operated washer and dryer are located in the basement
--rooftop is accessible for lounging/hanging out/sunbathing (absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed though)
-apartment is located on the back (non-street) side of the building and is very quiet

--Gas & Electric included, however you will be billed for excessive use.

--antenna tv is provided (no cable tv) - but TV is compatible with AppleTV, Amazon Fire tv stick, Roku, etc if you have one
