- It's a small building (only 16 units) so it's just us and one other apartment on the floor.
- My apartment faces north away from the street, so it's pretty quiet with some light bird chirping which is so peaceful especially in the mornings.

Hey everyone!

My name is Susie and here are a couple things to know about me -

- I work from home as an independent film producer
- I balance a good social life with chill nights at home
- I'm highly communicative and respectful towards my roommate and around things in the apartment. (example: i'm thinking of having some friends over for dinner, is that cool with you/would you like to join)
- Clean, but i'm known to leave a dinner dish in the sink until the following AM.
- I usually go to sleep around 10 during the week and (***try) to wake up around 7 and go to the gym.
- All in all - I'm a stable, easy-going, friendly and supportive person!
