Furnished garden level 1 bedroom apartment in Clinton Hill with private entrance. All utilities including WiFi provided. We are a family of 5 living in the upper 3 floors. This is our “in-law” apartment and has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Very comfortable and relaxing apartment.

This apartment has been used by our children’s grandparents for several years. They no longer visit often and so we periodically offer the space for sublet.

Amenities: queen sized bed, linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen, microwave and toaster oven, full sized refrigerator, basic cable and large screen television.

Available Thursday-Tuesday throughout the year.
