The price is way below market rate because there are two friendly kitties in the apartment that need feeding and love.

Cat x 2:
two beautiful 5 year old cats, they need to be fed wet food 2x/day and have their litter scooped and water changed.
They love cuddling and playing, are well behaved, will hang out with you or be on their own.

Apartment;
1000 sq ft, incredible light, 4th floor walk-up.
- One queen bedroom
- a separate room with a twin daybed
- a living room with queen pullout couch, and attached yoga room
- a home office
- dining room, kitchen, and bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The place gets a lot of light, has pretty views, and the bedroom is very quiet and set back from the street. There's a projector, good wifi, a fully stocked kitchen, it's an amazing neighborhood. We live on Dean st between Brooklyn and Kingston. Apt is great for a couple, single person, small family or a few friends who want to be here for the whole time we're away.
