I’m looking for someone to take over my gorgeous, spacious sewing studio in Bed-Stuy (Nostrand & Park Ave). The space is surprisingly large; enough space to comfortably fit three industrial machines plus storage. It currently houses a straight-stitch machine, overlocker, and blind hem. There are three other hobby sewists in the space but we don't overlap much!

The monthly cost is $214.75 for 24/7 access, and the studio has WiFi, so you can easily take calls or work remotely from the space. I’m only giving it up due to family health issues, otherwise I’d never leave!
