Hi there. The space available is one of three in a shared studio with a lockable door. See Studio 1 in floor plan. The space has high ceilings and a huge window with sunset views of Manhattan. The room is 10’-2’ x 20’-6’. I’m one of the two painters in the studio and we have a fun little lounge and kitchenette zone with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The whole studio gets great light and feels open and airy.

The studio is on the third floor of a five story warehouse building. Our floor is full of other artists. You have to walk through a ceramics shop to get to our studio. We have a freight elevator, loading dock and 24/7 access to the building. Bathroom and slop sink on the floor as well.

Located on Morgan Avenue / Richardson Street, Brooklyn 11222 in Greenpoint. It’s easy to get parking around the building if you drive. If not there’s a nearby Citibike dock, or the trains but a bit of a walk:

G train - Nassau Ave
L train - Graham Ave

Rent $950 per month + one month deposit.

Available to move into on March 1st, 2026 (possibly earlier if you need it)

I’m a painter and live in Greenpoint and tend to work on nights and weekends. I’m a guy and have an architecture office nearby which is where I spend my weekdays. The other painter in the space used to work at the MET museum but he’s now a full time painter.
