We are subletting our beloved 1 bedroom apartment while traveling. Intersection of Bedford Ave and Greene Ave in Clinton Hill / Bed Stuy.

The unit is fully furnished, and is plug n' play to have an amazing stay in this quaint and trendy neighborhood. Both the living room, bedroom have multiple windows. Shower and living room have skylights! We are tidy types that will wash and clean everything before your arrival, and ensure you have plenty pantry, closet, and dresser space. You will have the whole floor to yourself. WIFI and utilities included in price.

About This Lister

We are achitects and writers who have lived here for years and we love it. We enjoy plants, books, lowkey sundays, cooking in our kitchen etc.

We've subletted many times before so we have a pretty good systems down, and try to make it smooth and totally straightforaward.
