It's a 4th floor walk up and the place is discounted in consideration of cat sitting and plant care (non-negotiable). Orion is a friendly cat who requires little more than food, water, and the occasional pet - you'll find him mostly sleeping in the sunlight and watching squirrels from the windowsill.
