This is a full large home-share with an owner who is mostly absent. I live in Manhattan and spend roughly 50% of my time at the house — The house is large and there is a private entrance available. The layout ensures full independence when we do overlap: the primary, ample bedroom suite is set apart from the common areas, with its own entry corridor and bathroom with room for work. This arrangement will continue until November, becoming a full rental during winter time (Dec to April).
Listed price is for a single person (a writer, researcher, artist, or someone who needs quiet and distance from the city on a recurring basis.)
Dates are flexible. Half-month blocks during summer; possibly longer arrangements from July on — including full months or the fall and winter season — are welcome.
You will have private use of the primary suite — king bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with freestanding soaking tub- and attic (meditation room with entry to terrace). Full access to the kitchen, living room, dining area, and office space. Full access to deck, terrace, outdoor shower, meadows, rock garden, multiple outdoor nooks for leisure and covered parking will be yours. Pet welcome.
